perpetual and subscription Business Central on-premises.

The following options for purchasing the application are offered for the subscription and perpetual models in the price list:

Base - includes the license necessary to configure the application and use the application functionality. The option includes 1 user.
Additional user - Includes licenses for 2 or more users specified by the customer.

The application for Business Central online has to be purchased via the Microsoft AppSource marketplace.

Subscription Plans on AppSource

The Bonuses & Accrualsapplication is licensed under the Per User Plan model which means that users working with the application must have a subscription license assigned within a proper plan.

IT.integro offers two subscription plans for the Bonuses & Accruals application available on the Microsoft AppSource marketplace:

Base - a public plan, under which the fee is charged for the license required for application setup. The option includes 1 user.
Additional User - a private plan which allows the addition of more users at a lower fee.
IT.integro Partner - a free private plan for IT.integro's partners for internal purposes.

Important

To purchase subscription licenses for more users under the Additional User private plan, contact IT.integro sales team at appsales@it.integro.pl and provide your tenant ID.

Note

The Base and Additional User subscription plans applicable to AppSource are equivalent to the Base and User set out in the Price List available on the IT.integro website.

Purchase the Application on AppSource

To buy the Bonuses & Accruals application for Business Central:

Search for the app's listing page:

directly on Microsoft AppSource or,
on the Microsoft AppSource Apps page in business-central-md]. After you select Bonuses & Accrualson the list, choose the View in AppSource action to view the application's offer page on AppSource.

On the AppSource offer page, select Buy now.
Select your subscription plan in the Select plan step. If you want to purchase the license for one user, select the Base plan, and continue by choosing Next.

Note

You can add more users after you finish the purchase of the Base plan, contact IT.integro at appsales@it.integro.pl. We will create a private plan for you (Additional User) which will enable you to specify the number of users.

In the Price + billing step, select Recurring billing.
The Payment section is the last step of your purchase. In this section, you can update your billing information and your payment instrument:
- Enter your sold-to address (if not provided earlier). This represents a personal or company name and address. You selected your billing country/region earlier, and therefore it can't be changed.
- Enter your payment method (if not provided earlier). AppSource supports the credit cards that are available in your region.
- In some countries/regions you may be asked to add your tax ID. Enter your tax ID if your local jurisdiction requires you to do so.
Review the order summary and select Place Order. The subscription fee will be charged after the first month of free trial. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase transaction within a minute. The subscription fee will be charged after the first month of free trial.

Important

Currently, the only payment method available in AppSource is credit card payment. Credit card information is always required, even if a 0$ fee is charged for the subscription license.

Important

To install a free trial version, you must complete the purchase process steps. License fees will be charged only after the 1-month free trial period expires. For more information, read Try.

Configure and Install the Application Purchased in the SaaS model

After your order is received, it can take up to a minute to get confirmed. You will receive a link to configure your application on the purchase summary page and an email confirming the purchase and the link to complete the configuration.

After you purchase Bonuses & Accruals:

Assign the license to users in the Microsoft Admin Center. For details, read Subscription License Assignment.
Install the app on your environment. For details, read Installing the Application.
