Help and Support

Organizations that use the Bonuses & Accruals application as end users can get technical support for any issues that they may experience when using the app. Support tickets must be submitted via their partners. The partner should be the first line of support for an end user and the one who should decide if the issue is to be handed over to IT.integro and a ticket should be created and submitted to IT.integro.

Important

IT.integro uses Jira software to manage the service desk. Access to the service desk portal is provided after signing the partnership agreement with IT.integro. Support for the app versions that are compatible with the currently supported Business Central versions is free of charge. For more information, read Product Lifecycle Policy.

Support Channels

Each IT.integro application has a dedicated product team to provide support for the application. If you already are an IT.integro partner who signed the partnership agreement, you can submit a service desk ticket for the Bonuses & Accruals by means of:

  • Jira Portal available for IT.integro partners,
  • sending a message to an e-mail address published on the relevant page on the IT.integro Product Portal available for IT.integro partners.
