Changes and Fixes

The following changes have been made in Polish Localization version 3.2.1.

5850	Service Desk Issue PLFAPPSD-491 We have solved an issue with the VAT application worksheet. The error made it impossible to calculate the postponed VAT and resulted in incorrect VAT registers.
6097	Service Desk Issue PLFAPPSD-514 We have added a fix for inserting the calculated tax amount to be transferred from the previous declaration in the P_39 field.
6189	Service Issue PLFAPPSD-512 We have added a feature for printing invoices in case the Gov. Reporting Setup table is not initialized.
6203	Service desk issue PLF-2015 The calculation of the VAT Base and the VAT Amount values in the customer ledger entry and vendor ledger entry has been changed so that it does not include the VAT entries marked as Skip in VAT Register.
