Subscription License Assignment

The subscription license must be assigned to each user working with the Cash Desk Management application in Dynamics 365 Business Central online. The assignment must be carried out by an administrator in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Assiging Licenses by Using the Licenses Page

1. In the admin center, go to the Billing page and select Licenses.
2. On Licenses page, select the Cash Desk Management product.
3. On the product details page, select Assign licenses.
4. In the Assign licenses to users pane, begin typing a user name, and then choose the user name from the results to add it to your list. You can add up to 20 users at a time.
5. Select Turn apps and services on or off to assign or remove access to specific items.
6. When you're finished, select Assign, and close the right pane.
