Changes and Fixes

The following changes have been made in Advanced Intercompany version 3.0.4.

10469	AISD-194: SumIndexFields = "Entry No." property has been removed from the key (Document ID, Type) of the IIC Document Log Entry table. This technical fix is solving the SQL error: "Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type int." which might appear during the data conversion from Navision to Business Central.
