We have improved the error message displayed to the user when an error occurs during manual execution of the IIC Send Outbound Messages report. The message now includes detailed error information, so users no longer need to navigate to the IIC Message List page to find the specific error.

We have changed the implementation of the Send Outbound Messages On IIC Send feature that can be enabled on the IIC Setup page. The application switched to scheduling a separate background task running the Send Outbound Messages report instead using the current user's session.
