Check Record Status
Check Record Status allows to compare data between master and receivers companies.
Setup
To Check Record Status feature, open the Records Status Setup page from: MDMS / MDMS Setup.
The following fields are available:
Table No.
Specifies a table number for which One-Time Replication is use.
Receiver No.
Specifies a number of the receiver for which One-Time Replication is use.
Data Set No.
Specifies a default Data Set.
Data Set Line No
Specifies a default Data Set Line.
MDMS Records Management
Functionality can be used using MDMS Record Management. After records have been selected Get Record Status function should be used.
MDMS based on the Data Set assinged on the Record Status Setup send request to receiver company and compare all included fields.
The following fields are available on Record Status page:
Record ID
Specifies compared Record ID.
Receiver No.
Specifies Receiver number.
Record Status
Specifies record status. If all fields inlcuded in data set are equal between master and receiver then status is Up-to-Date.
In other cases is Out-of-Date.
List of the Data Set fields are presenting on Record Status page.
Uwaga
If receivers have setup different default Data Set then list of presenting fields are merged (only for presentiation).
Uwaga
Field can be excluded from Record Status comparsion if Exclude Record Status Compare field is marked on the Data Set Field.
Records can be quickly updated from Record Status view using One-Time Replication feature.
Uwaga
To synchronize records One-Time Replication Setup is required.
Extension
Functionality can be used in external extension for instance on the Item or Vendor Lists.
