User Management
On the Electronic Banking Users list page, you can set up permissions for specific areas of the electronic banking functionality. To do this, assign the appropriate user roles. When a user is added, all available banking interfaces are uploaded (both for payment proposals and bank statements).
User Setup
To set up a new user:
- Choose the , icon, and enter Electronic Banking Users and then select a related link.
- Configure the following fields on the Electronic Banking Users list page:
- User ID - Specifies the user's ID.
- Create Payment Proposal - Specifies that the user has permissions to create payment proposals.
- Approve Payment Proposal - Specifies that the user has permissions to approve payment proposals created by other users,
- Export Payment Proposal - Specifies that the user has permissions to generate and export payment proposals.
- Create Bank Statement - Specifies that the user has permissions to create bank statements.
- Approve Bank Statement - Specifies that the user has permissions to approve bank statements created by other users.
- Post Bank Statement - Specifies that the user has permissions to post bank statements.
Note
If a user is granted all the permissions, the user is authorized to export payment proposals and post bank statements without any document approval (the document can be processed from each status).
Depending on the permissions set up, the role center may not include the tiles with the numbers of documents with different statuses (e.g. if a user does not have permissions to approve a document, the role center does not include the Payment Proposals Pending Approval tile.) This also applies to the payment proposal and bank statement lists.
