Cash Desk Management

Cash Desk Management is an application that extends the standard Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality with features that support requirements on cash desk operation registration. The application has been developed by IT.integro to meet the needs of companies that manage cash desk operations, documents and reports.

Flexibility and ongoing balance control are key in managing company’s cashflow. To ensure the most optimal and efficient management of cash and non-cash transactions in local and foreign currencies, it is crucial to properly define settings for the functionality.

The application provides a number of functional extensions that facilitate:

• management of multiple cash desks in different currencies;
• entering, posting and printing cash desk documents for receipts and withdrawals;
• direct settlement of receivables and payables;
• recording bank receipts and withdrawals;
• ongoing and periodic control through generated cash desk reports.

Before you start working with the cash desk, you need to establish the company's cash workflow and define cash flow rules.
